Dan Stein: So many groups and organizations have developed
and evolved in fighting this at a much more sophisticated level
than ever before, but we are still woefully short on the availability
of dedicated pro bono, or even discounted rate legal assistance;
not only for litigating RICO actions...
RICO represents an enormous opportunity,
but at the same time, we have to be prepared to contend and litigate
at every level, to play on the same playing field as MALDEF,
the ACLU and the other organizations who help use the courts
to legislate in this country.
