The Border Patrol says Other Than Mexican apprehensions are dramatically increasing in the Tucson Sector. The agency says they are up more than thirty percent since this very time last year. The majority of those arrests are immigrants from Central America, and it costs the government more money and time to deal with immigrants not from Mexico.
