"Too much water coming in"
to do work
Claiming that the problem with New Orleans was "too much
water coming in," President George Bush announced a major
project to plug Niagra Falls, the famous landmark on the Canadian
border. According to White House sources, the project is expected
to cost $100 billion with most of the work being done by illegal
aliens from Mexico under terms of NAFTA. Critics say the plugging
of the falls is as logical as blaming Iraq for the 9/11 attack
on the World Trade Center and Pentagon.
