in the nation to require big home- improvement stores to create
shelters for day laborers under a recently drafted city ordinance
that takes aim at regulating the controversial issue."
Our comment: Next we can expect the
city to require homeowners to hire illegal aliens. This is outright
lawlessness and Congress should act to stop it. If not, Governor
Schwarzenegger
should seize the city.
