isn't the federal government using more technology to secure
our border? Members of the American Border Patrol return from
a routine flight along the vast Arizona desert. They're volunteer
civilians utilizing the latest technology to monitor the flow
of illegal immigration.
Glenn Spencer, ABP: We have all of these drugs being smuggled
across the border, these millions of people rushing across the
