the U.S. Army is positioned along our nation's southern broken
border with Mexico. Troops armed with mounted machine guns, long
range surveillance gear, are joining in the fight against illegal
aliens.
Casey Wian: Lou, many advocates of tighter border security
have long
been calling for the deployment of the U.S. military to help
an overwhelmed Border Patrol to stop the flow of illegal aliens,
drugs...here in New Mexico, at least on a limited basis, the
Army is working with the Border Patrol.
