The Missing Link
Border Plan Lacks A Clear Goal

Washington -- Nov. 15 -- House Homeland Security
Chairman Peter T. King (R-NY) introduced H.R. 4312, The Border Security and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2005.
"By failing to set a clear goal, this bill insures the continuation of chaos in DHS," said Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol."The Congress should set a goal and a time table for the Border Patrol. I suggest reducing illegal entries between ports of entry to 20,000 by 2008," he added. (See Border Con Game.)
