Study Report
American
Border Patrol, the non-profit border technology organization,
is preparing a classified report to be delivered to selected
Congressional leaders in early January. According to ABP head
Glenn Spencer, the report presents a detailed analysis of actual
Border Patrol enforcement actions, including the use of technologies
such as the Predator
B unmanned aerial vehicle. The report will be classified
because of sources and methods used in its preparation Spencer
said. "Our goal is to provide Congressional leaders a window
into the real world of the Border Patrol," Spencer said.
ABP plans to release a sanitized version of the report in February. |
