Hispanic activists and the ACLU are suing the city of Hazleton.
Roman: He says legal immigrants have nothing to fear and
are welcome in his town.
Barletta: We are targeting illegals. When the quality
of life of the city is being destroyed right before your eyes,
I cannot sit back and watch it happen to my city.
Romans: And he says his local government is simply stepping
in where the federal government failed, enforcing immigration
laws.
