will not issue a driver's license to anyone that cannot prove
they are here legally right now. Dobbs: And the governor's ability to override your judgment? Merola: Override or not, it's our office. All the employees
are Rensselaer County employees, just as they are other county
employees. They don't work for the state. There's not a state
