    John McCain won California by promising to stop illegal immigration. He has also said illegal aliens must return home to apply for a guest worker program.
    "John McCain adopted American Border Patrol's Operation B.E.E.F. (Border Enforcement Evaluation First) philosophy and we should hold him to it," said Glenn Spencer of American Patrol.
    "If John McCain becomes president on the promise that he will stop illegal immigration he should do it first and then deal with the guest worker program," Spencer added.
    Spencer suggested that American Border Patrol, a private, non-profit organization, be given the job of certifying that the border has been sealed.
