This is a screen-grab of the thermal video showing a large group of people walking north from the border (see this feature).
ABP notified the Border Patrol but was told their camera covering the area was not operational. The group is five miles from the Virtual Vigilance camera.
ABP guided the Border Patrol to the location. The ABP camera was being remotely operated from Texas.
The associated video clip is but a small sample of a one-hour recording.
Due to technical challenges an Internet-viewable version of the entire episode will be shown tomorrow.
