Border breached on American Border Patrol's ranch

ABP reports that early this afternoon, someone cut the barbed wire fence along the border and drove a vehicle though the hole onto ABP's ranch. The vehicle, a likely drug smuggler, was turned back.
ABP is working to build better fencing and vehicle barriers on its ranch, but does not have sufficient funds to do the job.
This June, ABP employee Mike Christie was threatened by a suspected drug smuggler.
