| Glenn Spencer took this quick photo of part of a group of illegal aliens that had been apprehended near Bisbee Municipal airport in Southeastern Arizona. At that point he was ordered by a Customs and Border Protection agent not to take any more photos. He threatened to confiscate the camera and arrest Spencer. Spencer dared him to do so and left. "I was on a public road and was documenting law enforcement activity that is important for the public to know," Spencer said, "especially because these aliens had crossed an old fence near Naco, Arizona, that is absolutely useless." |
