Traitor Gray Davis' budget crisis

So our traitorous governor faces a budget crisis, and states:

"I have to balance the books. I now believe we have to prepare for the worst."

He knew of the budget crisis for months, yet he signed AB540 - giving instate tuition to illegal aliens and granting reduced or even waived fees for other foreign students (besides the foreign illegals living in California) who show "academic promise"! All will be counted for "apportionment purposes".

Now, with illegals and other foreigners flooding Cal State campuses, California citizen students and citizen students from other states will be squeezed out.

Watch for him to sign the drivers' license bill next year. This governor will do anything to win votes before his re-election campaign in 2002, including betraying Americans.
