Border Crossing Follow Up Robert Siegel talks with Juan Hernandez, head of Mexican President Vicente Fox's new Office for Mexicans Abroad. They discuss the Mexican government's efforts to prevent deaths of migrants making their way to the United States. Fourteen illegal immigrants were found dead this week in the Arizona desert after they tried to make their way across the wilderness in extreme temperatures. (4:30)
