Gray Davis signs bill giving illegal aliens from Mexico preference over Americans from Kansas (or any other state).    Gray Davis killed Proposition 187 by keeping it away from the Supreme Court. The people didn't like that. Now he is forcing them to pay for their college education....

I think that there is little more of factual that can be added to make the point. Consider this:

With respect to "...preferences over Americans from Kansas (or any other state).." you might consider adding--"including US military now risking their lives to secure the liberty and well being of Gov. Davis and the illegal aliens he is dedicated to serve".

As another thought, it occurred to me that the recent approval of lower tuition for illegals encourages their intrusion into our society thereby further complicating the internal security crises that we now face, by the mere numbers alone, if not more. Its the numbers that have largely destroyed the internal tracking system, coupled with the incompetence, disregard of sworn responsibility, and gross if not criminal negligence by public officials and the offices that they manage.

Then consider that the terrorists were "hard working illegal aliens too", if that is the distinctive argument for overlooking their presence. Today's illegals could well be tomorrow's terrorists, since there is no binding loyalty to the United States by foreign nationals, and they can escape jurisdictional ties. They have already who have made their pact on loyalty and demonstrate their disrespect for the standards of this country and its citizens by their very actions of illegal intrusion.

We must maintain our vigil on future risks and not be bound in concept and vision by the characters associated with past ones, else we repeat the myopia that led to the tragedies of September 11, 2001. Remember, the dominant belief by the authorities and airline security practices was that the events that actually occurred just wouldn't happen this way.
