Open Border Activists Attack Barnett
Malicious Lawsuit Seeks to Strip Rights
Roger BarnettSierra Vista Herald Editorial -- December 20, 2003 -- ...The lawsuit also alleges Barnett and his group were impersonating U.S. Border Patrol officers. Over the years, there has never been an indication Barnett has broken the law. Certainly, given the interaction of Barnett with the Border Patrol over the years, one would think this would have revealed itself before now.
Regardless, the lawsuit will force Barnett to spend money to defend himself from the charges. The group that filed the lawsuit, Border Action Network, is obviously seeking a way to deter Barnett and his activities by the filing of this suit.... Read Entire Editorial
