FYI: Janet Napolitano is a Democratic apparatchik, who was appointed US Attorney for the District of Arizona by Bill Clinton, in 1993. In 1998 she ran for and became Attorney General. In 2002 ran for and became governor of AZ. In the 2004 campaign she was considered for Kerry's running mate, who ended up picking Edwards.
Under Napolitano Phoenix became the KIDNAPPING CAPITAL of the US, and millions of illegal aliens waltzed through, or settled in Arizona.
This outstanding contribution to the nation's security earned her the position of head of DHS.
Of course, she fits in well in the Obama government, where a tax cheat is running the IRS, etc.
