Record-Headlight -- Redding, Calif. 108 migrant sex offenders are arrested in raids Seven men from Redding and Anderson were among 108 sex offenders from three states arrested this week by agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) unit. -- Most of them are from Mexico and the others are Laotian, according to Kevin Kreowski, resident agent-in-charge at ICE's Redding office.
