Federal Judges
Discriminate
Against Americans
Since 1991, Judges Departed from Sentencing Guidelines
in Favor of Aliens
 |
Judges
Depart from Federal Guidelines
As shown at left, since 1991, federal
judges have given aliens (yellow bars) more lenient sentences
than American citizens (blue bars). In 2001, non-citizens were
given lighter sentences than called for by federal guidelines
28% of the time, whereas citizens were given lighter sentences
only 13% of the time. (See study
- scroll down page.) [See: Federal Sentencing Guidelines

treatment of aliens, see today's rumor

from prison before even serving his sentence. |

A poll on talk-radio host Michael Savage's

"Coming
To Grips" With Illegals? Why Not Deport Them?
After two years of trying to deny that
amnesty for illegal aliens is on the agenda of the Bush administration,
one of the president's top advisers endorsed amnesty last week.
-- Homeland
Security Secretary Tom Ridge in a speech in Miami pronounced
that it was clear that "legalizing" illegal aliens
is what we need to do. -- The fact that most in his own party,
not to mention the country, reject the idea is of only tangential
interest, of course. |

Five

after her savagely beaten male companion summoned help from a
police canine unit, the Queens district attorney said. |

Bush
amnesty scam "a disgrace"
George Bush, the Republican Congress
and Democratic politicians are playing political games with illegal
immigration. And it could cost you and your family your lives.
-- By now, you know how craven politicians are when it comes
up to grabbing Hispanic votes. They cynically believe that minority
voters in border states are going to like them a lot more if
they reward Mexicans for breaking American laws. |

Is
this what we want in our city (The effects of illegals)
Something I often see missing in the
news about illegal immigrants, is what they bring to America.
We all know about the financial drain on health care, and welfare,
but what about the culture shock to American citizens? -- Have
you seen how some of our cities are looking lately? Illegals
are coming over in such great numbers that we are starting to
live in their cultural standards.... |

Hundreds
of millions may be headed for our country
Washington (ABP) 9:25 am PST -- Responding
to a question from a reporter, President George Bush said that
the only criteria for setting levels of immigration would be
to "match any willing employer with any willing employee."
Critics say this approach will result in the American culture
being overwhelmed by cheap labor from the Third World. "This
is a recipe for the destruction of our nation," said Glenn
Spencer of American Patrol. See

License
issue botched from the beginning
Few things in California government and
politics have been botched as badly as the immigrant driver's
license legislation. -- Passed then tabled. Sent back to the
Legislature and rewritten. Signed and protested. Repealed, and
now protested again. -- In hindsight, it's not hard to conclude
that this can of worms was better left not only unopened but
buried as deep as possible. |
