The Truth About the Border
On December 10, DHS Secretary Chertoff announced that he had completed 185 miles of new fence on the border. A few days later, Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson snuck in an amendment that gave Chertoff total discretion over the construction of the border fence. She had killed the Secure Fence Act of 2006.
Now comes American Border Patrol with the definitive statement on the border fence. A two-volume DVD set shows exactly what is on the border and how it was impossible for Chertoff to do what he said he did..
