This photo was taken from the Border Hawk M on Sept. 28 at 11:56 am. It shows grading work on the site Chris Simcox says he will build a fence. The 0.9-mile frontage is the only location known to have such a fence planned. The fence bill approved by the Senate will be completed by May 30, 2008.
